1. Return Window:
Within 14 days of order delivery.
2. a) Condition of Items (New and Unworn Sales):
The items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Tags and original packaging should be intact as even slight damage can significantly affect its value.
2. b) Condition of Items (Pre-Loved Sales)
The items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Outa-Time retains comprehensive photographic evidence of the condition of each pre-loved watch at the point of sale so we have references to its condition when returns are received.
All packaging, operating instructions, sales tags, original receipts, spare watch links and any other accompanying items must be returned.
We also record and retain serial number information of each watch sold, so we are able to check its authenticity on return.
3. Return Authorisation:
Should you wish to return for a refund or replacement of an item purchased please contact richard@outa-time.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain approval for the return/replacement and obtain a return authorisation number (RAN).
Without a RAN your refund return may not be approved. Once you receive the RAN the shipping details and address will be provided.
4. Return Shipping:
If you wish to return an item you are required to cover the cost of return shipping. Outa-Time will not cover the cost of returning an item unless a wrong or defective item has been received and the reason for the return is due to Outa-Time providing a defective or incorrect order.
5. Refund Method:
Refunds are issued in the same form of payment you used for the original purchase.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Outa-Time will cover return shipping costs, and you will be entitled to get a full refund or a replacement.
7. International Orders:
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, be aware that return policies may differ, and you might have to deal with customs and additional shipping costs.
8. Keep Records:
Always keep records of your purchase, including order confirmation, shipping receipts, and any communication with Outa-Time. This will help you in case any issues arise during the return process.
